Director of Operations

Salary: $95,000-$110,000 depending on experience, plus competitive PTO and benefits package

The GrowHaus is seeking a Director of Operations to join our vibrant and diverse team. As a member of the leadership team, the Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations, human resources, payroll, employee onboarding, staff training/professional development program, vendor coordination, billing, budgeting, monthly financial reporting, grant reporting coordination, budget reconciliation and organizational culture stewardship. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Operations will work closely with the leadership team to ensure internal finances and operations are secure and sustainable. Who you are You are emotionally intelligent, fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, proactive, coachable, flexible, grounded, optimistic, and a diplomatic leader. You are hands-on and lead by example and collaborative inclusion. Senior Manager of Food Access

Salary Range: $57,500 - $65,000 depending on experience, plus competitive PTO and benefits package

The GrowHaus seeks a Senior Manager of Food Access to lead and manage our food access initiatives. This role involves overseeing food procurement, distribution, budgeting, grant management, and community outreach to achieve organizational goals. Reporting to the Executive Director, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our development, education, and outreach teams. We're looking for an innovative, organized, and compassionate leader with a deep passion for food justice.

Senior Development Manager

Salary: $67,000 - $72,500 depending on experience, plus competitive PTO and benefits package

The Senior Development Manager is a crucial part of the Development and Communications team, primarily focused on strengthening The GrowHaus’ individual giving program. This person will use their creativity to plan year-round campaigns and stewardship activities to increase individual giving and ensure our community of supporters feels appreciated and understands the impact of their donations. We’re particularly excited for this person to grow and strengthen The GrowHaus’ monthly giving program, También, which includes 500 members! The Senior Development Manager position is for someone who exudes tenacity in reaching fundraising goals, is able to adapt based on emerging trends, and is excited to grow their fundraising skills.
